how do i track my order?
shipping confirmation with tracking goes out when your order leaves. if you have an account, you can also check your order there.
didn't get a confirmation email?
check your spam first. if it's not there, email sup@aitohki.com with your name and the email you used at checkout.
can i cancel or change my order?
email sup@aitohki.com immediately. if it hasn't shipped yet, we'll sort it. once it's gone, it's gone.
my tracking isn't updating
normal. tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
payment
Pay with whatever's shown at checkout.
Payment is taken at checkout. Your bank may place a temporary hold — that's normal.
Payments run through Shopify's encrypted system. We don't store your card details.

All orders ship from Helsinki.
processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
finland
Free. Shipped via Posti to a pickup point near you. Typically 1–3 business days from dispatch. Tracking included.
european union
We ship to EU countries. Typically 2–7 business days from dispatch. Tracking included.
outside the eu
We ship inside the EU. Åland sits outside the EU VAT area, so it's excluded.

returns
14 days from delivery to request a return.
To be eligible: unworn, unused, tags attached, original packaging. You'll need proof of purchase.
Worn, washed, scented, stained — not accepted.
not considered a defect
Minor variations in color, texture, or stitching. Natural creasing from handling. Intentional distressing or fading. These are features, not flaws.
how to start a return
Email sup@aitohki.com with your order number, what you're returning, and why. We'll send you the return instructions. Tell us before you send anything back, otherwise we can't match it to your order.
return shipping
Return shipping is on you. If your item arrived damaged or wrong, we cover it. Use a trackable service — we're not responsible for returns lost in transit.
refunds
Once we receive and inspect, we'll let you know. If approved, refund goes to your original payment method within 14 days. Bank processing times vary — that part's not on us.
exchanges
No direct exchanges. Return it, then order again.
